Qigong is an ancient mind/body/spirit practice that is part of Traditional Chinese Medicine (like Accupuncture). Similar to Tai Chi, but more emphasis on the meridians and health practices of building Qi. Involves gentle movement, meditation, and breathwork. Qigong is used to connect with your vital energy to boost immunity, reset your nervous system, increase balance, flexibility and relaxation.
